- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms: when you submit a form via LinkedIn, we may collect your name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL.
- Website Forms: information you enter directly on our website, including our enquiry and email sign-up forms.
- Member workbook: if you are a member, the answers you write in the Room 27 member area (for example your life audit ratings, values, goals and reflections) are stored securely against your account so they sync across your devices and build your personal history.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:
- To assess eligibility: to determine whether your profile meets the criteria for joining Room 27 ($1M to $50M revenue).
- To communicate with you: to send you information about your application, upcoming events, or relevant business insights.
- To deliver services: to provide the information or services you requested.
- To improve the membership: member workbook answers may be used in de-identified, aggregated form only (for example, average life audit ratings across the membership, or the most common values words). These insights can never be traced to an individual member, are never shown for small groups, and never include your written reflections. Your individual answers are readable by you alone: not by other members, and not by the founders.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as our CRM or email marketing platforms) solely for the purpose of operating our business and serving you, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
