Membership Terms

1. The membership

Room 27 is a private membership for business operators. Membership is by application and gives you a seat in a circle, the Monthly Growth Meetings, Nourish and Grow events, the challenges, and the Room 27 member area.

2. Payments

Core membership is $1,111 plus GST per month, billed monthly through our payment provider. If a payment fails we will get in touch before anything changes. Prices can change with notice, never mid-billing-cycle without it.

3. The member area and your work

What you write in the member area is yours. Your answers are stored securely against your account, are readable by you alone, and you can export them at any time. How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Confidentiality

The rooms run on trust. Insights can leave the room, details and names never do. By taking part you agree to hold what other members share in confidence, and they agree to do the same for you.

5. Being in the room

Members show up prepared, on time, and generous. Room 27 can decline or end a membership where behaviour puts the room at risk. If that ever happens, unused whole months already paid are refunded.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time by telling us in writing. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your member area export is available before your access ends.

7. The sensible limits

Room 27 is peer support and facilitation, not professional advice. Decisions you make in your business and life remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the membership fees you have paid in the previous three months.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will tell members by email before the change takes effect.
