Am I the Bottleneck in My Business?

An Insight from In the Room

“I feel like I am the bottleneck in my business.”

Play this thought experiment:

Why is your business not 10x bigger than it is now?

Is it because the market is not big enough?

Is it an internal business problem, like a sales or marketing issue?

Or is it you?

The last one comes up all the time and is true for people in Room 27 and for me. I certainly am not making the sacrifices, doing the work, learning the skills or thinking big enough to be the type of person who runs 10x-sized businesses.

The cool thing is, those things are learnable, and all that is required is the insight and then a decision to start working on myself.

It is these moments of vulnerability, cultivated in the Room, that level us all up.
